DOLPHICAM2 OPERATING SOFTWARE
The dolphicam2 standard software comes pre-installed on all dolphicam2, dolphicam2+ and DIAB MAUT core units. Designed for ease of use, the software is streamlined into three intuitive menu groups. Key features include MAUT Transducer (TRM) recognition and a comprehensive library of material velocities. Users can easily configure scan views, and the software supports up to six gates (three for Time of Flight and three for Amplitude).
One standout feature is the unique auto-save function, which allows users to recover unsaved setups shortly after the unit has powered down. Additionally, advanced features such as Time Corrected Gain (TCG), auto 80%, and digital gain adjustments are accessible through simple click-and-drag operations.
The dolphicam2 software is designed to accommodate users of all experience levels. Setting up equipment, selecting scanning parameters, saving data, and generating reports can be accomplished with just a few clicks. For managing large data files, the software includes a mapping feature that enables operators to scan and stitch extensive datasets. Users can choose from freehand scanning (with a stitch pad), single-axis encoding, x-y axis encoding, or fully automated scanning, allowing the dolphicam2 to adapt to evolving inspection requirements.

The dolphicam2 analysis package comes pre-installed on all dolphicam2, dolphicam2+, and DIAB MAUT core units, forming an integral part of the standard software suite. Our unique Matrix Array technology (MAUT) enables measurements to be performed on both saved data but also in live mode as well, providing flexibility and real-time analysis capabilities.

MxTTUTM SOFTWARE
MxTTU is a ground breaking software that revolutionizes Through Transmission Ultrasonic (TTU) inspection by moving beyond traditional single crystal compression probes. It brings the power of Matrix Array Through Transmission Ultrasonic (MxTTU) testing directly into your hands.
Key Features of MxTTU
Live C-Scan Data: Similar to our MAUT Transducers, MxTTU can display live C-scan data and map out large areas in both TTU and Pulse-Echo mode. This functionality provides users with real-time insights and comprehensive coverage.
Versatile Material Inspection: MxTTU excels in inspecting attenuative materials such as Nomex® honeycomb, Rohacell ®foam (up to 12mm thickness), thick glass, and carbon fiber. The dolphicam2’s MxTTU capabilities ensure thorough and accurate inspections of these challenging materials.
Enhanced Functionality
MxTTU utilizes MAUT Transducers of matching frequency, with or without a delay line fitted. Once a defect is detected, users can independently switch each MAUT Transducer to pulse-echo mode. DolphiDepth
dolphiDepth is designed to facilitate the quick and simple extraction of thickness measurements from data files acquired using the dolphicam2. This user-friendly software incorporates advanced analysis features, including:
A, B & C Scan Imaging: Available for both Amplitude and Time of Flight (ToF), with various modes and color palettes.
Versatile measurement tool: Users can select, export, and extract average thickness measurements from areas of interest directly into external spreadsheet-based software. Grid sizes can be customized, with options including 5mm x 5mm, 10mm x 10mm, ¼” x ¼”, ½” x ½”, or a custom size.
Key Features
Fixed Data Condition: As requested by the industry, data is fixed in an “as-scanned” condition. This means that once data is acquired, there can be no changes or manipulation of parameters like gate positions or velocity, ensuring the data remains representative of the point of acquisition.
Backward Compatibility: dolphiDepth is compatible with older software versions, allowing users to re-measure or review old data seamlessly.
DolphiSnip
dolphiSnip is an intuitive surveying tool designed for the fast analysis of large area scans. It allows users to quickly and simply analyze data from files as large as 5m². dolphiSnip is equipped with features for high-level data review, including:
Gate Manipulation: Adjust gates to refine your analysis.
A, B & C Scan Imaging: Available for both Amplitude and Time of Flight (ToF), with various modes and color palettes.
Velocity Adjustment: Fine-tune velocity settings to match inspection requirements.

Pinpoint Areas of Interest: Identify and extract specific data points, exporting them as new, smaller, and more manageable data files. This allows for detailed analysis using the dolphicam2 analysis software package.
Data Integrity: Extract only the data you need without compromising the original data file, ensuring the integrity of your inspection data.
The selection tool aids users in pinpointing areas of interest for export as new data files, which can then be imported into and analysed in greater depth using the dolphicam2 file viewer and analyser software. DolphiDataSnip also supports the same languages as dolphicam2.
