Dolphitech provide a comprehensive service solution offering of service support, spare parts, and repairs to support our range of products. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to customers as we know how critical continued operations are on site. Dolphitech can provide you with duplicate products whilst your equipment undergoes maintenance with us.

Calibration & System Health Check

When you use NDT equipment, you’ll already be aware of the need for an annual calibration of your equipment and dolphitech can assist with this. We also provide online calibration services for our transducers. Uniquely, we don’t require your dolphitech equipment to be returned to us, instead we can provide a full calibration service and a system health check remotely.

Contact us via our form below and we will send you instructions on how to generate and export the calibration file for the equipment to be checked and validated. You will receive your certificate within 2 working days or sooner.

Spare Parts

We have a wide range of spare parts available, including additional USB cables, extra removable delays lines or pipe shoes for no-delay TRMs. All parts are held in stock and ready to be sent out at any time. View our extensive range.

Repairs

Dolphitech’s products are tested to the highest standards. In the unlikely event that a repair is required, we can provide a cost-effective and rapid turnaround of repairs to keep your dolphitech products operating at optimal performance.

Online Support

Online support and training are available anywhere in the world. The support available gives your engineers basic knowledge of our platform and its simple operation. Our online support option is ideal for those who are only recently qualified or personnel unfamiliar with ultrasonic testing.

Onsite Support

Dolphitech can provide customised training to be delivered onsite for your team. The training can vary in duration, and the number of attendees is capped at eight to ensure personalised support. Typical training programs run over one to two days and focus on getting your engineers up and running as quickly as possible. We also provide advanced training for composites, where we discuss the basics, provide onsite expertise for composite inspections, and ensure your system is fully configured.

Dolphitech provides as a service, advanced sample testing for customers all over the world. We are NDI and NDT experts in composites, metals, and exotic materials, and we help our customers to successfully incorporate Dolphicam2 into their NDT programs.

We provide this service in 2 ways:

• Sending the materials to one of our offices around the world
• One of our NDT experts can visit your site

We are used to handling materials that are sensitive, or visiting places that require security vetting.

New materials or fabrication methods may require different testing methods. Dolphitech can assist you with developing your program and perform a feasibility study based on a sample provided to us. Additionally, dolphitech L3 UT engineers can support you with your NDT program, whether from scratch or updating your existing programs to incorporate the dolphicam2.
