During our Workshop Repair process, defective components are replaced with genuine ones. Following a meticulous repair, inspection, and testing regimen, dolphitech conducts a final function test to ensure optimum quality and reliability. The repair is backed by a 12-month warranty, while the calibration validity remains unchanged.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of technological advancements, embracing new methods, superior components, and tolerances becomes imperative. If you have owned a TRM for several years, we offer TRM upgrades to enhance performance by replacing electronics with the latest versions, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio.

After the upgrade, each unit undergoes a thorough inspection and testing process before dolphitech conducts a final function test to guarantee top-notch quality and reliability.

Like-for-like option:

• Ship your TRM to us for an upgrade, and we will return it in pristine condition, both aesthetically and functionally, akin to a new TRM.
• A 12-month warranty is included.
• The existing Calibration & Health Check validity remains unchanged.

We simplify the process by offering two exchange options:

• Exchange Now: Inform us of your current TRM specifications and the desired TRM model. We will promptly ship a fully refurbished and upgraded TRM of your choice. You can then return your old TRM after receiving the exchange, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Exchange Later: Return your TRM to our workshop, and upon receipt, we will retrofit it into the preferred model, upgraded to the latest version, and ship it back to you.
• A 12-month warranty is included.
