You may not require an annual Calibration of your DC2 transducer, but your business depends on the reliable operation of your DC2 system. In that case, our online Health Check may be a cost-effective solution.

The health check focuses on the accurate operation of the connected transducer module, the transmission condition of the attached USB-C cable, and the Dolphitech Black-box’s operation.

The online health check is based on data analysis from a test sequence and the .h5 result file. We provide instructions on obtaining the data file, or we assist you online with the system health check.

After the test, we provide you with a System Health Check protocol for your records. Note that a System Health Check is different from an Annual Calibration. However, an annual Calibration does include the System Health Check.
